As General Counsel, Warren supports firm-wide strategic initiatives including investment structuring and negotiations, fund management, regulatory compliance and commercial operations.

Warren has a background in corporate law, with a focus on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions. Prior to working at Carbon Direct, he was an Associate in the Business Transactions Group at Seward & Kissel LLP and previously was Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Warren holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and a BS in finance and political science from The College of New Jersey cum laude.
